Why did I get .ZIP file and how do I open it?

Products that have multiple elements, like Clipart, you will get a .zip file. This is a standard across all design platforms to make it easier for people to download all elements in one go, instead of downloading everything one by one.

To open a .zip file you will need an application top “unzip” the file to get to your items. Mac & Windows 10 operating have builtin support for .zip files. You will be able to open it up and access your items or by “right-clicking” on the file and selecting something along the line of “extract here”.

If you don’t have that function you will need to download WinRAR (For Windows) or WinZip (Mac). *I personally use WinRAR on my Windows 10 PC*

For mobile devices, you will need to download an app.

  • Android – RAR
  • iOS –
